We scouted around for IDs and found that Carpenters best suited our style and budget. Our ID was Brosnan and he was a good listener. He was able to plan and design what we wanted, and even accommodated a very late change in plan for the design of one of my shelves. We are satisfied with the work delivered.

My ID was Chris, he was able to actualize my dream design. Always providing valuable ideas and super pro-active. His ideas were something I never heard of from any designers I have met thus far! Goes the extra mile to help you with your entire renovation and coordination. Doesn’t hesitate to immediately rectify asap when something on his end goes wrong. Overall very satisfied with Chris!
Our I.D. Eric Lai was very helpful and informative during the renovation period. He updated us on the status every step of the way. After-reno service wise – Eric has shown his responsibility to rectify any defects found. Overall, my wife and I love our newly renovated home and are very happy with our new life in our new space. Got to know this company through a friend who engaged them before. We’re not doing a major renovation, just wanted to do a built-in wardrobe for our growing family needs.. We understand that most companies are not keen to take up such small projects so we’re really grateful that Alfred is willing to do this for us..
